If you have ever walked into a bakery in the New York or New Jersey you had to see Black & White Cookies. They are definitely a staple cookie in that part of our country. If you know the cookies, then you know how delicious they are. You also know that they are not always easy to find in stores here in the midwest. If you have not had one, then you owe it to yourself to try one. The recipe we are going to use in this class comes right out of a bakery that was in New Jersey years ago.
