Hot Cross Buns with Bill the Baker

As a child growing up I always wanted to choose something other than desserts to give up for Lent because Lent was the only time you could get Hot Cross Buns. Well that should no longer be a problem, because after taking this class you can have this delicious pastry whenever you want them. We will start by mixing the dough, letting the dough rise, shaping the dough, letting it rise again, and then finally baking the buns. Wait until you smell these baking in your oven!
