Asiago Parmesan Bread
This class is Day 1 of a two day event. If you purchase a ticket to this event you will be enrolled in the Day 2 event which follows the morning after this class at no additional cost.
You will be amazed at what flour, salt, yeast, and water can turn into when you add two delicious cheeses to that list of ingredients. In this class, you will learn about using a preferment to enhance a bread's flavor and you will have the opportunity to use your banneton's if you have them, to shape your bread. Don't worry if you do not have a banneton, you can simply use your mixing bowls to get the round shape of the boule.
