This is the Day 2 portion of the two day event. In this class we will use the bread starter that we made the day before to make three delicious loves of fresh bread called Pain Rustique. It is exactly what the title says - rustic bread. You will learn how to use bread starters to create the flavor you are looking for in a fresh bread. We will also discuss how to create the crust you desire. You do not purchase a ticket to this class. Your ticket from the Day 1 portion of the class will get you into both events.
