Are you wondering about how to make bread using a dough starter? In this two day class, we will start by meeting on Day 1 and make a poolish that will be used to add flavor into your breads. I will explain the role of the poolish and explain how to drive different flavors by using different flours to achieve the flavor that you are looking for in fresh breads. You only need to purchase a ticket to the Day 1 portion of the class. That ticket will get you into both sessions.
