Day 1 of Cannoli with Bill the Baker

The Cannoli Class is another two day event. You only purchase a ticket for the day 1 event and that ticket gets you into both classes. In the day 1 class you are only going to meet for a few minutes and Bill the Baker will show you what you need to do to prepare the ricotta cheese for the filling. It requires that you drain as much water out of it as possible. Before you register for this class make sure to check the equipment requirements for making the cannoli shells.

Now that we are slowly trying to get back to normal here is a suggestion for you. Invite one or two friends over to the house to help you make the cannoli. You only need one ticket per household to join the class.

Special equipment needed for the Cannoli Class

Cannoli Tubes for frying the shells - 16 piece cannoli tubes

A pasta maker attachment or manual pasta maker will make the class easier, but a rolling pin is all you need to get to the finish line

A 4.5 or 5.0 inch round cookie cutter

A pan deep enough to hold the oil for frying the shells. Three inch high sides should be enough.
