This is going to be another 2 day class. On day 1 will meet for less than one hour to partially make the custard filling for the Eclairs. Then we will meet again on day 2 to make the eclairs, finish the custard, make & apply the chocolate ganache. If you think you like Eclairs, wait until you taste one that was freshly made.
