Day 2 of Cinnamon Chip Bread with Bill the Baker!

This bread is a huge crowd pleaser! Dotted with cinnamon chips and a buttery texture it creates an amazing loaf of bread that is perfect for snacking, or toasting. Perhaps you might slice it thicker to make perfect French toast topped with fresh berries and maple syrup for a weekend breakfast from heaven. In this class, we will work together to create the foundational yeast dough and learn how and when to add mix-ins such as cinnamon chips to customize flavors within our baking recipes.

In this day 1 class we will meet briefly to make a dough starter called a Poolish. After it is mixed, this dough starter will sit on your counter overnight using science to develop flavor for your bread. Remember you only have to purchase a ticket to the day 1 class. That ticket will get you into both of the classes.
