This is the day 1 of a two day event. In this class we will just be making the bread starter and then use that starter in the day 2 class where we will make the Asiago Parmesan Bread. We are also going to learn how to use this bread to make bread crisps. You only need to purchase one ticket for the day 1 event to attend both classes.
