This class is actually a two day event. On day 1 (Monday, Oct 27th), we will meet briefly via Zoom to mix the preferment for the donuts. That will sit on the counter overnight, allowing science to develop flavors for us. On Day 2 (Tuesday, Oct. 28th), we will meet for about three hours and make a variety of donuts. You only need to purchase a ticket for the day 1 event. That ticket will get you into both classes.

During this interactive session, Bill will share his secret recipes, tips, and tricks to create the most scrumptious fried donuts. From classic glazed to innovative fillings, you'll discover a variety of delectable treats that will satisfy your sweet tooth.
