Bill the Baker thinks this is one of the best rye breads you are ever going to taste. Remember, he is from New York and they are kind of snobbish about rye breads! Not only is the bread delicious for sandwiches but wait until you taste it as toast the next morning. This class is not for people without patience. This class will take seven hours to complete.
