Still looking for something to make with all of those beautiful peaches? In this class you will not only learn how to make Peach Crostatas, but you will learn how make a great pie crust called Pate Brisee and an almond custard filling called Frangipane. Put them together and you have a great tasting peach dessert. You are going to want to have some of your favorite ice cream on hand for when you serve these later in the day. This looks like a long class but there are three 1 hours breaks in this class while things are in the refrigerator. Plan your schedule accordingly.
