Day 2 of Cannoli with Bill the Baker

This class is day 2 of the two day event. In order to attend this class you had to purchase a ticket for and attend the day 1 portion of the class.

After making these Cannoli you may have to travel to Sicily to get a better tasting one. I am not going to fool you by saying these are the easiest of desserts to make, but I am going to guarantee you that I will be with you every step of the way guiding you through the process. In the end, I am sure you are going to say that this delicious dessert was worth the trip. Make sure you check the equipment requirements listed below for this class before you sign up for it

Special equipment needed for the Cannoli Class (click on the red links to see examples)

Food Processor

Cannoli Tubes for frying the shells - 16 piece cannoli tubes

A pasta maker attachment or manual pasta maker will make the class easier, but a rolling pin is all you need to get to the finish line

A 4.5 or 5.0 inch round cookie cutter

A pan deep enough to hold the oil for frying the shells. Three inch high sides should be enough.
