Cinnamon Rolls with Bill the Baker
This class is a two day event. On Day 1, we will meet briefly to mix and knead the dough. After the mixing and kneading, the dough will be put into the refrigerator for an overnight fermentation. Then on Day 2, Bill the Baker will show you how to shape, bake, and then glaze the Cinnamon Rolls. You may never purchase Cinnamon Rolls again after taking this class. You only need to purchase a ticket to the Day 1 Class. That ticket is good for both days.
