Day 2 of Bagels with Bill the Baker - Let's bake some bagels

This class is Day 2 of the Bagel Baking Experience. Today, the students return to their kitchen with the dough that they mixed and kneaded on Day 1. Bill the Baker is now going to show you how to shape that dough into six large bagels. Before the bagels go into the oven you will decide if they are going to be just a plain bagel, or a poppy seed, a sesame seed, an everything bagel, an Asiago or Parmesan Cheese bagel, or just a cinnamon & sugar bagel. Some of you may have already decided on Day 1 to mix cinnamon raisin dough and Bill will guide you through the shaping process with them as well.
