In this class, Bill the Baker is going to show you how he mixes his dough when he makes bagels. The dough is then going to require an overnight fermentation in your refrigerator. When you return to class on day two, Bill is going to show you how to transform that dough into your choice of the following: Plain, Sesame, Poppy Seed, Cinnamon Sugar, Asiago, or a Parmesan Bagel. If you love bagels, this is a class you will not want to miss.
You only need to register for the Day 1 class. The Day 1 ticket gets you into both the Day 1 & Day 2 classes.
