Chocolate Babka with Bill the Baker
As the Easter & Passover holiday seasons start rapidly approaching, perhaps you’re looking for a new classic dessert to impress your family and friends. In this class, Bill the Baker will show you how to make a delicious chocolate version of Polish Babka. This dessert could surely become a holiday tradition for you! This class is a 2 day event starting with a brief class on Saturday afternoon, March 23rd at 1:30 p.m. cst. In that class we will just mix the dough and then the dough will go into the refrigerator for an overnight fermentation. Then we will meet again on Sunday morning, March 28th at 9:30 a.m. cst. where we will shape and then bake the Babka. In this class you will be making 2 loaves, so start lining up a friend who can share the babka with you.
Remember that with the 2 day classes you only need to purchase a ticket to the day 1 class.
