Multigrain Bread
Let me introduce you to my all-time favorite Whole Grain Bread. If you are not a fan of whole grain breads (I was definitely not a fan myself), then give me the opportunity to change your mind. We are going to start this class by first creating a soaker with your grain mixture. Then you will move on to the challenge of incorporating your soaker into very sticky dough. After a bulk rise, we will shape and then bake your bread. At the end of the class, you can celebrate your hard work by accomplishing the creation of two truly delicious, very healthy loaves of bread.
