In this class you will not only learn some of the secrets to making great muffins, Bill the Baker will also continue with his quest of teaching the science of baking. This class will focus on learning a basic muffin recipe and then modifying it to make the Chocolate & Vanilla Muffins with Streusel Toppings, or you can choose to make blueberry muffins, nutella muffins, or lemon poppy seed muffins.
