Day 1 of Stromboli

Internet Baking Series - Day 1 of Stromboli & Marinara Sauce with Bill the Baker

This class is going to be a two day event. The Day 1 portion will be about 1 1/2 hour class where we will get together virtually and I will instruct you on how to mix the dough for your Stromboli. We are also going to make a Marinara Sauce that you can use for the Stromboli the next day. Then the dough and the sauce will be placed in the refrigerator and stay there until the following day. Then on Day 2, we will meet again virtually and I will guide you through the assembly and baking process for your Stromboli. I will be making a Sausage & Cheese Stromboli and a Pepperoni & Cheese Stromboli as my options. You are welcome to do the same or pick ingredients that are more to your liking. You only have to register for the Day 1 portion of the class. Your ticket is your admission to both classes. We will be making enough dough to make 7 Stromboli, so you may want to save some for pizza later on in the week, or perhaps more Stromboli. This Stromboli is extremely freezer friendly so you can freeze some and save it for a later date.
