If you enjoy the rustic, large hole structured breads from Italy then you should really enjoy Pugliese Bread. This recipe uses a Durham Flour which contributes a creamy nut like flavor to this fabulous bread which comes to us from the Apulia Region of Italy. Making this bread has its challenges because of the very high percentage of water in the dough. But have no fear, I will guide you through the entire process and by the end of this class you will add another bread to your list of breads that you have successfully baked. This class is a 2 day event and you only need to purchase a ticket to the day 1 event. That will be your ticket into the day 2 class as well.
